The following steps will
explain the mixing procedure for padobe bricks.
o
First required amount of earth having more than
30% clays and paper were measured by volume batching.
o
Then smooth surface was selected for mixing.
o
Water was sprinkled over that surface.
o
Then the earth was taken and more water was
applied over it.
o
After 24 hours, the earth was mixed thoroughly.
o
Then the paper pulp was added to that earth.
o
Then paper pulp and earth mix was mixed thoroughly
to get a uniform mix.
